We provide one-year international warranty for all purchases made through www.gordonchris.com (or through any of our authorised online retailers) against any material and manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover, any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, handling that is inconsistent with the user manual instructions, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), damages as a result of being altered in its original condition beyond the control of Gordonchris Australia.
For all purchases made directly through our website, please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) us with the proof of purchase/order number, warranty card and photographs of any identified defect. Contact the respective agent for any purchases made through an authorised agent.
To return your product, you should pack the item carefully to avoid any damages and mail to the address mentioned in our response. Please note that Gordonchris Australia cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. You might be subject to shipping charges when returning the watch. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a reply via email. If the defect is beyond repair a replacement will be sent free of charge via express post.
Depending on you address, the time taken for the product to reach you, may vary. We encourage you to use trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
