To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact.
To complete your return, email us at email@example.com (Include "Return" in the subject line) with your address and a copy of the proof of purchase kindly note that you might be subject to shipping charges when returning the watch. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with "Exchange" in the subject line. Shipping charges will apply.
To return your product, you should pack the item and mail us to the address mentioned in the email we send. Please note that Gordonchris Australia cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
